Transport Customer Service Specialist - Warszawa About the vacancy- Manage transportation customers in an end‑to‑end service model.
- Maintain daily communication with customers regarding transport order execution.
- Coordinate information flow between customers, Transport Planning, and Operations teams.
- Monitor transport performance and proactively address delivery risks and delays.
- Prepare customer and internal reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in customer meetings and prepare related presentations and summaries.
- Manage claims and complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support corrective actions.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Transport Planning, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and transportation processes while ensuring data accuracy and documentation quality.
- Experience in customer service within the logistics and/or transportation industry.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in claims management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
