- Plan and manage transport and supply orders across Europe.
- Monitor shipments, loading execution, and delivery performance, and adjust shipment plans based on production updates.
- Track carrier punctuality and performance.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Create and analyze transport and supply reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Market Leaders, carriers, operations teams).
- Identify and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Advance Excel (must‑have).
- Knowledge of SAP/OTM is a plus.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Communicative level of English.
You will be based in Wroclaw (Poland), a Supply Chain Center where we are responsible for Material and production planning, Aftermarket, supply chain market, launch process, and digitalization and optimization Supply Chain.
