We are looking for a Demand Planner to join an international Supply Chain team and play a key role in demand forecasting and planning activities across European markets. This position combines data analysis, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update rolling demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and business inputs to create accurate demand plans.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives.
- Monitor forecast performance and drive initiatives to improve Forecast Accuracy and reduce Forecast Bias.
- Facilitate and support monthly demand review and forecast sign-off meetings with key business stakeholders.
- Support product launches, portfolio changes, phase-outs, and other lifecycle management activities.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and best-practice sharing within the Demand Planning function.
- Ensure achievement of demand planning KPIs and support strategic business initiatives.
- 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience with demand planning systems (knowledge of Rapid Response / Maestro is an advantage).
- Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- APICS certification.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and demand planning best practices.
