As a Customs Operations Specialist
, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will coordinate and organize a range of customs services operations – no two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and shape the role to fit your strengths! We work in an Agile environment, so if you love flexibility and continuous learning, you’re in the right place.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will work closely with our internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimize customs processes and handle post‑clearance audits and compliance reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Polish and English will be essential in managing high‑volume transactions and providing excellent service to our clients.

• Attention to detail – You spot the little things that others might miss!
• Customs & Logistics – You are working in a Customs or Import/export environment
• Tech‑savvy – A good working knowledge of MS Office is helpful.
• Independent & deadline‑driven – You can manage your own workload and keep things moving.
• Regulated environment experience – If you’ve worked in customs, logistics, or a similar field, that’s a bonus!
• Great communicator – Fluent English and confidence in building relationships. We are also interested in candidates that have additional European languages.
• Process‑focused & problem‑solver – You love improving ways of working.

Our Customs Teams work in a collaborative shift pattern (covering hours between 7:30am and 6pm) with flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave, and a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and corporate social responsibility.
