NORMA Group is seeking a senior purchasing professional to source and manage suppliers for CAPEX and MRO purchases in our New York area operations. You will drive cost optimization, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure contracts and POs align with approved budgets.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in industrial purchasing, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and experience with ERP systems. Fluency in English and Polish is preferred for local stakeholder collaboration.
