As Operations
Flow Manager
, you will play a key role in optimising the movement of goods and ensuring the smooth flow of team members through our Polish e-commerce warehouse. You will ensure that all inbound and outbound processes run seamlessly, enabling a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience for our customers. This position is unlimited and based in Robakowo
.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive operational excellence by managing and optimising daily inbound and outbound flows, ensuring a balanced and efficient warehouse operation
  • Own the end-to-end flow strategy, including dock scheduling, staging area planning, and resource allocation to support business priorities
  • Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, track flow KPIs (throughput, dwell time, dock utilisation), and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with inbound, outbound, inventory, transport, and customer service teams to guarantee full operational alignment
  • Support planning for key business moments, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks
  • Lead and support teams by ensuring proper staffing, training, and shift planning aligned with flow needs
  • Ensure compliance and safety across all goods movement processes, maintaining company standards and documentation accuracy
YOU COME WITH
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, inbound and outbound flow, or warehouse operations, ideally in e-commerce or retail
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical flow improvements
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to precision and efficiency
  • Hands-on leadership experience, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in WMS systems and logistics software
  • Fluent Polish and at least B2-level English; other European languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of EU transport regulations and experience handling bulky or furniture products is highly desirable
