Site Production Execution Coordinator (fixed term contract/maternity cover)

Site Production Execution Coordinator maintains daily contact with Supply Planning Team in Barcelona, communicating issues, changes to circumstances and constraints, deviations and risks to plan. • Act as point of contact of the Supply Planning Team in Spain, supporting the feasibility of the supply plans. Ensure that all manufacturing elements that have impacts on supply planning are effectively communicated to HUB Team in Barcelona (e.g. maintenance plans, projects, trials, training).
• Support the routing analysis process and Service Level Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Collaborate with the Supply Planning Team to manage an effective Phase-In-Phase-Out (PIPO) process.
• Support the continuous improvement activities in the Site for the Production Execution.

• Bachelor s degree or higher
• Min. 2 years of experience in production planning / supply chain
• Analytical, problem-solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Effective communication
• Team Player
• Fluent in English and Polish is required
• Excel knowledge
• SAP or equivalent experience is advantageous

• Fixed term contract for approx. 18 months
