We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Warehouse Capacity Planning Specialist I to lead warehouse capacity planning and execution. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal warehouse utilization, coordination of resources, and effective alignment of production schedules with business needs.

• Production Scheduling:
  Organize and implement capacity plan based on S&OP and on-site operations.
• Operations Coordination:
  Establish a production coordination mechanism, including resource coordination, exception handling, and response to promotional/overstock events.
• Operations Monitoring:
  Establish a process management and monitoring mechanism, including capacity achievement reports and root cause analysis, to continuously optimize capacity fulfillment rates.
• Inbound Logistics:
  Coordinate the integration of inbound logistics information (routing, receiving, delivery details), and develop inbound management standards and specifications to ensure delivery accuracy.
• Inventory Clearance and Supplier Returns Coordination:
  Periodically organize supply planning, implement inventory clearance and supplier return plans, and ensure risk inventory is cleared.
• Production and Flow Control:
  Based on planning and operations mechanisms, establish and execute production and flow control strategies to manage overall outbound capacity risks.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with English proficiency for professional communication.
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: logistics management, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or planning management.
• Proficient in tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, familiar with WMS systems and office software.
• Familiar with e-commerce warehouse production models, knowledgeable about various warehouse operation segments, and able to independently plan warehouse capacity and production schedules.
• Advanced knowledge of functions is preferred, with strong data analysis skills; clear logical thinking, project management mindset, strong communication and coordination skills, good at expression, and strong organizational abilities.

• Full-time employment contract (1st – 3 months, 2nd – 1 year, 3rd – unlimited);
