Supplier Quality Engineer; Packaging

Position:

Supplier Quality Engineer (Packaging)

Full-time, hybrid work

• Close collaboration with R&D – supporting packaging design for manufacturing in NPD and transfer projects (materials, construction, protection)
• Qualification, onboarding and development of packaging suppliers in line with quality and business requirements
• Conducting supplier audits and technical reviews for packaging processes and materials
• Monitoring supplier performance and managing packaging‑related quality KPIs, including CAPA (8D, RCA)
• Driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives in packaging materials, design and processes

• Higher education – technical, quality or packaging‑related preferred
• Min. 5 years of experience in supplier quality, packaging, or manufacturing environment
• Practical knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, RCA)
• Experience in supplier audits and packaging materials/technologies
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English (min.
  
  B2)
