- Planning and implementation of crop production
- Crop supervision from sowing to harvest
- Monitoring the condition of plantations and making agrotechnical decisions
- Optimization of yields and production costs

- Maintaining production documentation and analyses
- Implementation of modern technologies
- completed higher education or the last year of bachelor's studies, part-time master's studies, preferred field: finance/accounting/financial analysis, financial mathematics or a related field
- experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company, is welcome
- the desire to deepen one's knowledge and experience
- great analytical skills
- independence in action
- creativity, readiness to take on challenges
- knowledge of MS Excel – a necessary condition
- knowledge of English is welcome

- has experience in plant production

- has a category B driving license
- has knowledge of cultivation and plant protection technology
