** What will you do?
**** Team Leadership:
*** Manage the clean room production team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
* Oversee recruitment, development, conflict resolution, and promote DE&I.
* Plan team availability and conduct performance assessments to support growth.
** Operational Management:
*** Track KPIs, maintain process standards, and lead daily team meetings.
* Supervise documentation, in-process controls, and product quality.
* Manage maintenance activities and ensure proper training for contract cleaners and operators.
** Problem Solving & Improvement:
*** Resolve non-conformities and lead process improvement initiatives.
* Support validation processes and implement technological enhancements.
** Training & Development:
*** Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and standards adherence.#
** What you need?
***
* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Production Management (or related field).
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in production, logistics, or quality management.
* Experience in managing teams within a clean room or regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Communicative Polish and English language skills.
** Preferred:
*** Familiarity with modern production management methods (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, KAIZEN).
* Experience in the medical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
* Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis.
* Additional language skills in German or French

Travel Percentage : 10%
