Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CNC machining processes to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and optimal manufacturing costs.
Manufacturing Process Development and Implementation- Develop machining processes for new and existing products.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, routings, bills of materials (BOMs), and setup sheets.
- Define machining parameters, cutting tools, and production tooling requirements.
- Support the launch of new equipment, manufacturing processes, and production transfers.
- Participate in APQP, PPAP, and process qualification activities.
- Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs.
- Analyze cycle times and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, work holding solutions, and machining strategies.
- Collaborate with machine tool, cutting tool, and CAM software suppliers.
- Provide technical support to operators and setup technicians in resolving manufacturing issues.
- Initiate and lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Reduce manufacturing waste, setup times, and machining costs.
- Investigate quality issues using problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D.
- Monitor and analyze process performance indicators, including OEE, Scrap Rate, Cycle Time, and FPY.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection instructions.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to resolve customer complaints and nonconformances.
- Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Provide daily support to production operations for process-related issues.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Planning departments.
- Train operators and technicians on new manufacturing processes and work methods.
- Support the implementation of engineering and process changes.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Participate in process risk assessments.
- Implement and maintain 5S principles and visual management standards throughout the production area.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CNC machining manufacturing environment on SIEMENS.
- Experience in launching, developing, and improving machining processes.
- Strong knowledge of CNC milling, turning, and drilling processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving.
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems NX Advanced 5 Axis Machining.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Salary Range - 90, PLN annually
