Join a small successful machining company that has been in the Jamestown area for over 130 years.
We pay for experience, but experience is not required. We will train you. This role will allow you to enter a career in manufacturing where you may have advancement opportunities based on work performance.
Job Focus- Remain alert and aware to any health and safety hazards or health and safety violations and report any concerns to management.
- Comply with regulatory requirements of OSHA, DEC, EPA etc.
- Strive to develop new ideas and techniques to improve process and/or quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, lift and move material weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand, bend, sit and move to operate machines and move around the facility.
- Independence - position requires guiding oneself with little or no supervisor to complete daily tasks
- Adaptability/Flexibility - position requires being open to change and ability
GED or HSD
