Location: Resko, Poland
Salary: PLN 5.00–6.50 gross per kilogram of harvested blueberries (piece-rate system). On average, employees harvest 8–10 kg per hour
, depending on experience, weather conditions, and productivity.

Harvest Assistance Agreement (Umowa o pomocy przy zbiorach)

• Sorting fruit according to quality standards,
• Maintaining the required quality of harvested fruit,
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized,
• Performing assigned duties in accordance with the supervisor's instructions.

• Willingness to perform physical outdoor work,
• Motivation and commitment,
• Reliability and attention to detail,
• No medical contraindications for physical work.

• Previous experience in fruit picking or other seasonal agricultural work,
• Ability to work as part of a team,
• Availability for the entire harvesting season.
