Ferrero is seeking a Plant Performance Manager to drive Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives at the Belsk Duży Plant. You will lead continuous improvement, partnering with plant stakeholders to boost process efficiency, line performance and overall site standards.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Engineering with 10+ years in continuous improvement in manufacturing, strong TPM and Lean expertise, and hands-on experience with World Class Manufacturing.
