Zakres obowiązków obejmuje kierowanie zespołem techników, koordynację i nadzór nad instalacjami sanitarnymi (HVAC, wod-kan, CO) oraz planowanie przeglądów technicznych. Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę lub kontrakt menedżerski/B2B. Wymagane jest minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku, udokumentowane kierowanie co najmniej 5 technikami oraz aktualne SEP – D/E.
