About the role
Lead and coordinate a production team to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Oversee daily production activities, manage team performance, resolve operational issues, and monitor production results while maintaining effective communication across shifts. Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to employee development through coaching and performance management.
