- Long term temporary to hire roles.
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm- 12:00am or 3:00pm-1:00am, Mon - Thu and Fri if needed are 1:00pm-9:00pm (Shift hours can change due to work load) - $18.25/hr.
- Must be able to work possible OT when offered!
Job Summary:
Machine Operators are responsible for monitoring and controlling the production machinery, ensuring they are operating in accordance with prints and order specifications.
Responsibilities include: - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Utilize basic math and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to safety standards.
- Employ lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience;
- Lift 25lbs or more;
- Read a tape measure and blueprints;
- Have reliable transportation;
- Have steel toe boots;
- The ability to work your scheduled shift - attendance is crucial.
