We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grinder/Finisher to join our Manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for refining and polishing components to ensure they meet precise dimensional tolerances and surface finish specifications. • Operate various grinding and finishing machinery to shape, smooth, and polish metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform acid cleaning procedures to remove oxides, scale, and contaminants, ensuring surfaces are prepared for subsequent processes.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify that finished goods adhere to strict standards.
• Adjust machine settings and select appropriate abrasive materials to achieve desired surface textures and dimensions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly serviced and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to resolve any discrepancies or defects in the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, specifically with grinding, finishing, and surface preparation techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in acid cleaning processes and the safe handling of industrial chemicals.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery.
