The Resource Center in Chautauqua County, NY seeks an IDD Site Registered Nurse to join its interdisciplinary team and coordinate nursing care for participants with disabilities. You will work closely with families, providers, and staff to ensure treatment plans are followed and health needs are met.
Responsibilities include direct patient assessment, emergency evaluation when needed, health documentation, and mentoring LPNs and new grads. A NY RN license and relevant experience are required.
