The Chautauqua Center, Inc. (TCC Health) is seeking an LPN to join our outpatient nursing team in Jamestown, NY. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, support examinations, and assist with procedures while upholding TCC's mission and values.
You will greet patients, take vitals, assist with care plans, coordinate with physicians and other staff, and contribute to patient education and follow-up. CPR certification and an active LPN license are required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
