• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure the quality of final products.
• Identify and employ suitable inspection methods to verify that assigned products and components adhere to specifications.
• Assess and authorize the quality of completed parts.
• Evaluate whether non-conforming parts can be salvaged.
• Document the results of machining operations accurately.
• Generate reports and paperwork detailing inspection outcomes.
• Perform additional related duties as necessary.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a quality control inspector is required.
• Five years of experience as a quality control inspector is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with machines and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar software for report preparation.

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and engaging with a computer.
• Capability to navigate the production facility for inspections.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Office setting, manufacturing floors, and controlled temperature environments.

This is a full-time hourly position requiring work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
