Requirements- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing data collected from quality evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Generating reports and insights for management to support decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives. - Quality Monitoring:
Conducting regular evaluations of supplier data to assess adherence to quality standards, compliance with policies and procedures, and effectiveness of communication. - Quality Assurance Processes:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across projects in a program. This includes creating evaluation forms, scoring methodologies, and quality metrics. - Collaboration:
Working closely with other functions such as training, operations, and engineering teams to communicate quality standards, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements. - Compliance Management:
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, process requirements, and internal policies through regular audits and quality checks. - Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements. Participating in quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive positive change within the organization. - Training and Development Support:
Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs related to quality standards and process improvements. Providing ongoing support and guidance to suppliers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
- Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
- Working on multiple client’s systems
