- Incoming inspection of delivered components, including comfort elements and plastic parts.
- Verification of parts against technical documentation, drawings, and quality specifications.
- Identification, recording, and reporting of non-conformities.
- Cooperation with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams to clarify quality issues.
- Support of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintenance of inspection records and quality documentation.
- Secondary education (technical education is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of quality principles or willingness to develop in this area.
- Ability to read technical documentation is an asset.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools.
- English language skills at minimum A2/B1 level.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and good work organization.
- Ability to work in a team.

THE ROLE
- We are looking for a motivated Junior Quality Inspector to join our Quality team and support incoming inspection activities for components used in seat production. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying delivered parts against technical and quality requirements, ensuring that only compliant components are released to production.
- The position offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in quality control within an international manufacturing environment, working closely with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams
