Principal QA Engineer

• Guide, coordinate and coach the QA & Test team in their day‑to‑day operations.
• Communicate and track any quality risks, gaps, or issues.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well‑structured testing documentation.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Investigate the causes of non‑conforming software and implement solutions.
• Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Establish, document, and enhance QA processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new testing tools and strategies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of QA Team Lead or QA Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, automation tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands‑on experience with both white‑box and black‑box testing.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with performance testing.
