Position: Plant Quality Specialist (QU10P7)
Location: Town of Poland

About the Position:

We are looking for a Plant Quality Specialist to join the Marelli Bielsko-Biała RD team, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager.

This position is based at our office in Bielsko-Biała, PL.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Maintaining contact with customers and their complaints
Implementing customer requirements
Conducting analyses and solving quality issues
Preparing PPAP documentation
Supervising non-conforming products
Implementing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions

Conducting internal audits
Monitoring the laboratory team
Preparing quality indicators
Developing and implementing cost-saving and improvement projects

What Qualifications you will bring:

Higher education, preferably technical
Several years of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of quality tools and methods, including FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC
Knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, GD&T and VDA 6.5 system
VDA 6.3 auditor qualification and qualifications for CQI-8, CQI-12 and CQI-15
Knowledge of B2B customer portals: BMW IPQ: ISIR, LPKM, TEREG, QWIN, SWS;
Stellantis: SQP, MAPS, IC, Amadeus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of welding processes and product assessment
Knowledge of MS Office
Very good command of English
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to travel on business
Category B driving licence
