Technical Service Engineer Poland; f​/m​/d

Responsibilities

• Visit customer production sites in Poland and solve technical issues in surface treatment.
• Perform root cause analysis and stabilize chemical processes.
• Support customers in improving their applications to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities for new products and technologies.
• Work hands‑on in production environments and provide practical support.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and translate technical findings into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with regional team colleagues in Central Eastern Europe.
• Translate and update specification cards of products, articles, and presentations, and track any current changes.
• Perform work in compliance with work‑health and safety rules and regulations, observing the respective orders and guidelines.

• Degree or technical training in chemistry or a related field.
• Work experience in technical support or application engineering in surface treatment (electroplating, metal pre‑treatment).
• Skilled in chemical analysis and interpretation of production data.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Independent and solution‑oriented working style.
• Good English skills and excellent report‑writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Poland; valid driver’s licence.
