Quality Management Specialist

• Maintaining and developing the quality system (HACCP, IFS Food),
• Creation and supervision of quality documentation,
• Complaint analysis and implementation of corrective actions (RCA),
• Monitoring process quality and initiating improvements,
• Participation in audits and cooperation with external entities,
• Conducting training and building quality awareness.
• Higher education in a relevant field (food technology, quality management, biotechnology or related),
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company from the FMCG sector,
• Practical knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, IFS Food or equivalent),
• Knowledge of English enabling work with documentation, contact with clients and participation in audits,
• Good work organization, independence and ability to work in a team.
