We are looking for a Quality Manager who will be accountable for quality governance, audit readiness, and compliance within the Fleet Shared Service Center. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Vehicle Management Office (VMO), including quality governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role provides an opportunity for remote cooperation as well as an option to participate in the Warsaw office.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain QMS and Standard Work documentation
- Own and maintain quality and performance reporting dashboards
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve service quality and SLA performance
- Audit success and closure rate
- Reduction of recurring errors and rework
- Continuously maintained and up to date Standard Work
- Improvement of SLA performance
- Compliance level with quality and process standards
- Accuracy, timeliness, and usability of quality reporting
- Experience in quality management, preferably in a shared service or operations environment
- Solid knowledge of audits and quality/compliance frameworks (ISO 9001 / ITIL / Six Sigma is a plus)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (advanced user of Excel)
- SAP knowledge / experience is an advantage
- English communication at fluent business level
- Proactive, hands-on approach and effective collaboration

The monthly base salary for this position starts from 6,900.00 PLN gross to 9,900.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
