• 5+years of commercial experience inmanual testing ofweb applications— you know how tofind the edge cases that matter.
• 2–3years ofhands-on experience inAPItesting.
• Deep knowledge ofQA principles and testing techniques, with hands-on experience writing test plans, test cases, and structured test documentation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills— you don’t just log abug, you understand what caused itand what itaffects.
• Comfortable analyzing requirements for completeness and testability, including end-to-end workflows incomplex domains like healthcare.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) orabove— enough to communicate requirements, findings, and blockers clearly inwriting and inteam discussions.
• Anactive user ofAI tools who applies them to accelerate test case generation, documentation, and routineQA tasks— and is genuinely curious about where AI-driven testing isheading.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail, Zephyr).

• Own test coverage across multiple web application modules— building and maintaining test cases that reflect real-world usage, not just happy paths.
• Drive issue detection and resolution by performing rigorous manual testing, reporting findings clearly, and following through until bugs are closed.
• Ensure requirements are testable— analyze documentation early, flag gaps, and translate specs into structured test plans.
• Shape quality practices within the team by actively contributing during planning sessions, syncs, and reviews.
