Job Title
Researcher Profile Leading Researcher (R4) / Postdoc Positions
Responsibilities- Synthesis of explosive materials, including primary explosives.
- Conducting tests on the physicochemical and thermal properties of explosives.
- Initiating and actively participating in ongoing research projects.
- Pursuing personal scientific development.
- Preparing documentation in accordance with the Research Group's needs.
- Conducting research and production activities in compliance with the Institute's quality management systems.
Doctoral degree and 5 years of experience in the R&D sector, including independent management of research projects involving explosives.
Communicative proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
Additional requirements (at least 4 of the following):
- Organizing or co‑organizing at least one international scientific or industry conference, and actively participating as a speaker, panelist, or expert in at least four national or international scientific/industry conferences.
- Participation in at least four R&D projects as an active team member.
- Experience leading a research team in at least one national or international project.
- Experience in implementation activities or cooperation with the business sector regarding the commercialization of research results.
- Authorship or co‑authorship of scientific publications (at least four scored publications, including at least one in the top 10% of the Scopus list).
- Industry reports or analyses relevant to the Institute's research areas.
- Receipt of a national or international research scholarship or grant (e.g., NAWA, Fulbright, Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Actions, ERC, NCN).
- At least two awards or distinctions for scientific research work (e.g., institutional or industry awards, scholarships for early‑career researchers, distinctions in scientific competitions).
- Membership in at least two national or international scientific organizations, committees, or expert groups.
- Experience in mentoring or conducting specialized training for students, doctoral candidates, or other research team members.
