Skills/Qualifications

• conducting scientific research and development activities, particularly those related to the mechanical synthesis of materials and high-energy milling technology;
• developing cooperation with industry, with particular emphasis on mechanochemical processes;
• designing, constructing, and programming new research equipment;
• modeling processes related to milling and mechanical synthesis;
• conducting classes and laboratory sessions, as well as providing consultations in accordance with the applicable curricula and teaching schedules;
• administering colloquia, tests, and other forms of assessment to evaluate and verify the knowledge of students and trainees;
• disseminating scientific achievements through scholarly, popular science, and general publications, as well as presentations at scientific conferences and symposia.

• meeting the requirements defined in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571);
• a Master of Science (MSc) / Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in technical sciences, in the discipline of materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, or information and communication technology;
• documented research experience in the field of mechanical synthesis (minimum 2 years);
• experience in teaching at a technical university (minimum 2 years);
• documented scientific achievements in the form of publications in academic journals, where the candidate is a co-author (at least 5 publications in journals listed in the official register of scientific journals);
• ability to work in a research team, confirmed by participation in at least one research project;
• proficiency in Origin software, MS Office, and basic programming skills in Python;
• good command of the Polish language, both spoken and written;
• documented proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a level sufficient for conducting teaching and research activities (minimum B2);
• strong analytical thinking skills, independence, teamwork ability, and availability.
