The candidate should hold a PhD in Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Biotechnology and have research experience in medical biotechnology, particularly in cytotoxicity analysis, nanobiotechnology, molecular genetics, metabolic analyses, and photodynamic therapy in cancer treatment. A strong publication record and active participation in scientific conferences are expected. The candidate should be proficient in molecular biology and cell culture techniques, including 3D cell cultures, cytotoxicity assays, and the use of advanced laboratory equipment such as flow cytometers and RT-PCR systems.

Experience with experimental animal models is desirable. Teaching experience in biotechnology, biology, cell culture, clinical biochemistry, and biochemistry is required, including delivering courses in English for ERASMUS students and supervising seminars and theses. Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2) is essential, together with a commitment to research, teaching, and organizational activities within the Institute and Faculty.

• Willingness to further develop and carry out tasks and responsibilities related to research, teaching, and organizational activities for the Institute/Faculty.

• Research in the field of medical biotechnology, including metabolic analyses and photodynamic therapies in cancer treatment.
• Knowledge of the principles of working with experimental animals and cell cultures in 3D conditions, the ability to perform cytotoxicity analyses, and the use of research equipment, including flow cytometers and RT-PCR.
• Teaching in the fields of biotechnology and biology, with particular emphasis on cell culture and clinical biochemistry, biochemistry.
• Conducting lectures and other classes in English for students participating in the ERASMUS program.
• Conducting seminars and theses.
