Skills/Qualifications

• MSc Eng degree in agricultural sciences, in the discipline of food technology and human nutrition - completed degree programme in food technology and human nutrition;
• Doctoral degree obtained in agricultural sciences, in the discipline of food technology and human nutrition;
• Scientific achievements including authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications in the field of food technology, including technology of products of animal origin;
• Active participation in national or international scientific conferences, including presentation of posters and papers;
• Experience in conducting academic-level teaching, in particular laboratory classes in meat technology;
• Knowledge of issues related to the technology of products of animal origin, in particular meat, meat products, fish and eggs;
• Experience in laboratory work involving chemical and microbiological analysis of food, especially food products of animal origin;
• Fluent command of Polish, both spoken and written;
• Ability to work in a team, independently conduct research, organise laboratory work and cooperate within interdisciplinary scientific teams.
