The competition may be entered by people meeting the requirements stipulated in Article 113, 116(2)(3) of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science
who fulfill the following eligibility criteria as per the Charter of the University of Agriculture:
Research Field Agricultural sciences » Agricultural products Education Level PhD or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
- MSc Eng degree in agricultural sciences, in the discipline of food technology and human nutrition - completed degree programme in food technology and human nutrition;
- Doctoral degree obtained in agricultural sciences, in the discipline of food technology and human nutrition;
- Scientific achievements including authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications in the field of food technology, including technology of products of animal origin;
- Active participation in national or international scientific conferences, including presentation of posters and papers;
- Experience in conducting academic-level teaching, in particular laboratory classes in meat technology;
- Knowledge of issues related to the technology of products of animal origin, in particular meat, meat products, fish and eggs;
- Experience in laboratory work involving chemical and microbiological analysis of food, especially food products of animal origin;
- Fluent command of Polish, both spoken and written;
- Ability to work in a team, independently conduct research, organise laboratory work and cooperate within interdisciplinary scientific teams.

2. certificate of completion of a training course in the operation of steam sterilization autoclaves;
