The project focuses on subcellular localization and function of the ubiquitin–proteasome system in aging and neurodegeneration using iPSCs and patient‑derived fibroblasts.
You will apply genome‑wide CRISPR‑Cas9 screening and develop human neuronal models to uncover therapeutic strategies.
