Join Country Fair as a Sales Associate in our Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced retail role, you'll provide friendly, efficient service, assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising and inventory tasks. You'll handle transactions accurately, promote special offers, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and appealing. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems to accurately process cash, credit, and mobile transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, and forecourt areas
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring products are rotated and well-presented
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries and backroom inventory
- Prepare and handle fresh food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt area to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- Actively suggest add-on products and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to shift leaders or managers as needed
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and support shift leaders to meet store performance goals
