Join Our Team as an Independent Sales Consultant!

We are looking for a high‑performing healthcare‑savvy B2B sales professional who can think strategically, consultatively and close deals with confidence. You will generate and manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, medical service organisations and related businesses to drive growth and adoption of ISO and quality management solutions.

Tasks

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business: Identify, target and close new accounts in the healthcare services space
  • Consultative selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate ISO and quality improvement services
  • Relationship building: Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and maintain existing accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new leads via email and phone
  • Pipeline management: Track and prioritise deals using Hub Spot CRM, manage opportunities from prospecting through to close
  • Training: Participate in product and sales training to stay up to date on IMSM solutions and sales processes
Requirements

Qualifications &

Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare services, SaaS or consulting
  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle and closing recurring revenue contracts
  • Experience selling to C‑level executives and key stakeholders in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Strong business communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Prior experience with ISO, compliance or process improvement services is a plus
  • Self‑motivated and goal oriented with the ability to manage your own schedule and results
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
