As a Key Account Manager
, you’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Warszawa
. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving sales performance, and contributing to the development of our sales strategy.

• Achieving individual sales targets
• Optimizing commercial conditions for strategic clients
• Negotiating cooperation terms in line with legal requirements and company standards
• Preparing reports upon request of the supervisor
• Establishing, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with key corporate clients, integrators, and/or system providers
• Independently managing client relationships, analyzing their needs, and initiating new services and products
• Co-creating and implementing sales strategies and participating in sales budget planning
• Monitoring the market and competitors to recommend product and service improvements
• Recommending improvements to sales and customer service processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pay Tech industry as a Key Account Manager
• Strong knowledge of payment card acceptance products and fintech industry
• Strong command of English (C1 level)
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Category B driving license
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Understanding of internal procedures and guidelines relevant to the role
