Singapore, Malaysia & Australia - We move fast and grow aggressively
- You’ll own Tiktok Shop end-to-end
- We value autonomy and results over hierarchy
- Own and scale Live Commerce as a revenue channel
- Plan, execute, and optimize live shopping streams
- Recruit, manage, and coach hosts & creators
- Drive conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase via live formats
- Analyze performance and continuously iterate on winning setups
- Proven experience in Live Commerce, Live Shopping, or Creator Sales
- Strong commercial mindset with clear revenue ownership
- Confident on camera or experienced directing live talent
- Data-driven, structured, and fast in execution
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- High level of autonomy and decision-making freedom
- Opportunity to grow with the business and take on leadership role within the company
