POSITION SUMMARY
- We are looking for a Sales specialist
s for the region South Poland (Krakow) - You will create and maintain contact with customers in the assigned territory and offer Teleflex products to support a high-quality service.
- You will be cooperating with all members of sales team, customer service and other departments.
- Present Teleflex products, based on the company strategy and priorities.
- Increase sales, market share and profitability at the same time according to company´s plan.
- Pass all product training courses available, to have good product knowledge, to spend time studying the features and benefits of the products, then matching them to customer needs, to provide support when needed to the sales team and the customer service in the assigned product area and to participate in the relevant product training.
- Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships, to identify customer needs and to strive for a successful sales deal.
- Be responsible for pricing negotiation (after approval from management).
- Keep a database of information about customers and business contacts in the assigned region.
- Monitor competitor activity, competitor products mainly in the assigned product area.
- Cooperate with management on preparing and executing product launches in assigned product area.
- Cooperate with customer service and all members of sales team on tenders in assigned product area.
- Report on weekly basis all important events and observations concerning hospital changes, tenders, etc.
- Participate in periodic sales meetings.
- Represent the company at national and local congresses.
- Adhere and ensure the compliance of Teleflex´s Code of Conduct, all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in medical devices preferred. Equivalent clinical experience will be considered if deemed adequate to perform the duties and responsibilities of the sales specialist.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in the sales field.
- Experience in medical field: cardio surgery, ICU, interventional cardiology or interventional radiology will be advantageous.
- Languages:
fluent Polish and proficient English language skills required - Advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to work independently, and as a valued team member.
- Pro active and a fast learner.
- Strong formal and informal communication skills.
- Able to travel nationally and internationally (if required).
- A valid driving license is required (mandatory).
