Location: Town of Poland

Morek is looking for a EV Key Account Manager – Poland

Drive growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and strengthen our market position through smart, solution-driven sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales of Morek EV charging solutions across Poland
  • Build and maintain relationships with installers, distributors, fleet operators, developers, electrical partners and commercial customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within EV charging and e‑mobility markets
  • Manage strategic customer accounts and build long‑term partnerships
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations of EV charging products and solutions
  • Support customers in selecting charging infrastructure solutions based on project requirements
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
  • Monitor EV charging market trends, competition and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics and product teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Represent Morek at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting and deliver commercial targets
  • Support channel development and partner network expansion
What we’re looking for
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, automation or electromobility sectors
  • Experience managing key accounts and strategic customer relationships
  • Understanding of EV charging ecosystem and charging infrastructure market
  • Ability to combine commercial ownership with technical consultation
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Polish at native level and excellent English
  • Willingness to travel within Poland
  • Passion for sustainable mobility and new technologies
