We are a Microsoft partner company with over 24 years of experience in implementing Microsoft solutions. We serve clients globally, and our own products - Executive Automats - support test automation and the autonomization of business processes worldwide.
We're looking for an energetic, curious, and resilient SDR to join our growing SaaS team 'll be the first point of contact for potential customers - responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting the stage for our Sales Executives to close deals.
Since most of our customers and some team members are based abroad, English is your primary working language (~90% of the time). If you enjoy international environments and don't mind working hours that bridge Polish and US time zones, this role is for you.
What you'll do- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, Linked In, and other channels
- Handle inbound leads / MQLs via email, phone, Linked In, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads / MQLs and identify their fit for our products & solutions
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate records in Hub Spot CRM and support data hygiene
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns
- Stay sharp on our products, industry trends, and competitors
- Fluent English (written and spoken - this is a must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B SaaS
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to self-manage
- Experience in ERP, automation, or the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT or SPICED
- Remote‑first with a 2-day on‑site visit to our Warsaw office once per quarter.
- Working hours:
Mon–Fri, preferably 12:00–20:00 CET (flexibility possible as long as Polish and US business hours overlap).
