You’ll start with onboarding and training in your home country before joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Valencia, Spain for an immersive 18‑month global assignment. • Deliver impactful Technical Demonstrations: bring software products to life, through virtual presentations, clearly showing value and addressing client needs.

Bachelor's Degree

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full‑time experience.
• Strong interest in technology and client‑facing work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and the local country language.

• Exposure to areas such as AI, cloud platforms, software engineering, or data technologies.
• Programming or technical project experience (coursework, internships, or personal projects).
• Interest in consulting or client solution design.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full‑time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills and experience. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part‑time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro‑rated for those who start working during the calendar year.

This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive.
