As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will reach out to new business clients, learn about their needs, and present solutions tailored to their specific challenges. You do not need to have previous experience in our industry or many years of sales experience. As part of your onboarding, you will learn about our products, sales process, and the tools you need to work independently.

What Will You Be Responsible For?- Actively acquiring new business clients;
- Reaching out to potential clients by phone;
- Building and developing professional business relationships;
- Scheduling and conducting sales meetings;
- Identifying clients’ needs and new sales opportunities;
- Presenting AutoID solutions;
- Independently managing the sales process;
- Keeping the CRM system up to date;
- Cooperating with other departments on sales-related activities.
- Has a minimum B2 level of English;
- Finds it easy to build relationships and communicates confidently over the phone and during meetings;
- Wants to develop their ability to build professional relationships with clients;
- Is proactive, independent, and consistent in their work;
- Learns quickly and is eager to acquire new knowledge;
- Is interested in technology or wants to develop a career in technology solution sales;
- Is goal-oriented and motivated to develop their sales skills.
- A B2B contract and stable, partnership-based cooperation that gives you a high level of independence;
- The possibility of scheduling paid breaks in the provision of services;
