To set you up for success from day one, you will be paired with a “buddy” to help you navigate your first few months and work alongside an experienced Account Manager who will share their expertise to help you win in this territory.
Your RoleAs a key member of our field sales team, your mission is to drive net‑new business and cultivate strategic accounts within the Polish Public Sector
. You will be the face of Nutanix to government prospects and entities, working closely with our vital channel partners and specialized public sector integrators to deliver exceptional value.
- Drive Public Sector Growth:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new public sector clients and expanding our footprint within existing government accounts. - Navigate Procurement & Tenders:
Lead and oversee the strategy for public tenders (PZP - Prawo zamówień publicznych), ensuring Nutanix solutions are positioned effectively within compliance guidelines. - Build Public Sector Alliances:
Forge strong connections with key decision‑makers in public administration, municipal offices, healthcare, and education, while developing deep selling opportunities with partners specialized in government contracts. - Manage the Sales Cycle:
Proactively schedule and lead sales appointments with public sector prospects, collaborating with Channel Partner representatives to qualify and advance opportunities. - Be a Strategic Advisor:
Act as a trusted advisor to help government agencies navigate cloud compliance, data sovereignty, and digital modernization using tailored Nutanix solutions. - Collaborate to Win:
Work closely with our technical pre‑sales engineers, sales specialists, and regional leadership to bring the full power of Nutanix's portfolio to complex public tender specifications. - Forecast Accurately:
Maintain a clear, updated pipeline, factoring in the unique timelines and budgeting cycles of public sector procurement.
- Proven Public Sector Sales
Experience:
A strong track record in territory sales, with specific experience navigating the Polish Public Sector and public procurement laws (Prawo zamówień publicznych). - Solution Selling Expertise:
Experience in target account selling or consultative sales techniques within the technology sector, ideally involving cloud infrastructure or virtualization. - Business & Compliance Acumen:
An aptitude for understanding how technology solves complex public sector challenges, alongside a keen awareness of compliance, data security, and the competitive landscape in Poland. - Established Network: A pre‑existing network of customers, system integrators, and channel partners within the Polish public sector is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to public officials and technical stakeholders alike. - Collaborative Spirit:
The ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems Engineering, and Legal/Compliance. - Language
Skills:
Fluency in Polish and English is required.
