Business Development Manager; Domestic Appliances

Our client is a financially strong, fast-growing international group operating across multiple European markets. With over three decades of industry expertise, the business partners with leading global brands and continues to expand its footprint in premium consumer categories.

As part of its next growth phase, the company is investing in the Italian market, launching two premium Small Domestic Appliance brands positioned for scale. This is a foundational role within a newly developing market, offering genuine ownership and visibility at senior level.

• Open retail installations and product placement of AENO & Buydeem brand in consumer electronics, beauty, DIY and other retails
• Lead & sell of new product introduction (NPI) activities in Poland.
• Create and implement sales development in Poland.
• Lead process of implementation and development of Products Assortment Matrix
• Complex offer to partners according to Sales Handbook:
  Size of placement and sell out activities.
• Inventory management and replenishment based on PSI/CPFR data together with central team
• Price promo actions calculating and controlling implementation together with central team

• Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years, experience in retail/consumer electronics or FMCG
• Good knowledge of SDA market, experience in working with leading retail, online players, and distributors
• Product management and sales experience
• Proficiency in English and Polish
• Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales
• Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work
