- Process all inbound leads via telephone and e-mail according to the RP leads process
- Schedule appointments for the field sales as a result of the in- and outbound telephone contacts
- Partner with Marketing to provide first-line follow-up on leads from marketing activities, ensuring seamless handoffs to the relevant team member or department
- Assign bigger projects to the field sales (in line with target description)
- Address potential customer's follow-up questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and commercial terms
- Maintain Rock Sell database on a daily basis ensuring all contact and project data is recorded and updated
- Student status with being ideally in their second year of a Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a Master's program in a relevant field with commercial/technical aspect
- Availability of minimum 20 hours per week and willingness to work from office
- Customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Proactive attitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Nice to have: experience in remote sales via telephone and/or experienced with CRM systems
- Confident working independently and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
