Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a
** Junior Sales Support Specialist
** located in
** Bielsko-Biala, Poland**.
** What a typical day looks like:
*** Prepare and maintain accurate quotations compliance with company pricing policies and approval guidelines.
* Review customer requirements and translate them into suitable product solutions
* Support the sales team with documentation, pricing tools, and approval processes
* Monitor and follow up on quotation status to ensure timely responses to customers
* Coordinate with procurement and logistics to confirm product availability and lead times
** The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
*** Minimum: high school education (preferred technical)
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Communicative knowledge of English and Polish (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
