Obsidian is seeking PhD-level chemists to enhance the safety of advanced AI models. The role involves writing expert prompts and evaluating model responses on chemistry topics. Training will be provided for those without AI/ML experience.
Ideal candidates will hold a PhD in chemistry or a closely related field, possess strong scientific reasoning, and have sound judgments regarding chemical safety. The position offers a flexible part-time commitment of 15–25 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours.
