About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpet & Flooring Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee carpet and floor cleaning services while leading technicians in delivering high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.
- Perform carpet and flooring cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
- Supervise water damage restoration services
- Lead, train, and mentor technicians
- Assign jobs and manage team scheduling
- Troubleshoot and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment
- Communicate with clients and provide service recommendations
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards
- Manage supplies, tools, and cleaning inventory
- Maintain accurate job records and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Minimum 3 years of experience in carpet or floor cleaning
- Experience with water damage restoration equipment and procedures
- Leadership or team supervision experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding work environments
- Valid Driver’s License required
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Base salary + commission
